Canvas and Documents

  1. After logging into the Subscribe-HR HCM Platform, select "HUMAN RESOURCES" on the left hand side from the navigation area.
  2. Select the Employee folder.
  3. Select the desired Employee from the list.
  4. Select the Canvases and Documents.
  5. When an Employee has been sent a Canvas, the Canvas is stored in this Sub-Folder. It will record all the questions and responses from the Employee.



All Surveys/Canvas related to Employees will be stored in this Sub-Folder. E.g. Onboarding, Contracts, Super/Pension Forms, Tax Dec/Tax Forms etc.
