CTRL P for Printing Screen
You can press CONTROL + P on your computer to print the screen you are currently looking at within Subscribe-HR to a PDF. The system will automatically scale the screen; making it printer friendly
Save a Record as PDF
This tool allows you to view/Download a record in PDF format. Most objects have this tool available so that nearly any record can be viewed as a PDF. To determine if the object can be saved as a PDF refer to the top right hand corner of the screen where a Save PDF should appear on compatible pages.
The Save PDF Button
This tool is access by selecting nearly any object in the system and if applicable selected the desired record from the list of records. If you desire to view this record as PDF, then the button to do so is located in the top right and bottom right of the record.
The Record in PDF Format
After the Save PDF is selected on a record, a PDF file of that record is loaded. This will allow you to save or print a copy of this record for whatever you desired to do with the copy.
