Recruitment Portal
The Recruitment Portal is setup for applicants to register their interest and apply for advertised jobs.
Recruitment Portal Links
At the top of the Portal are three main links to select which are explained in the below table.
Link Name | Description |
Jobs | Links to all Vacancies listed on the Portal |
Login | Takes the applicant to the login page |
Expressions of Interest. | Takes the applicant to a New Profile either as an applicant or a Recruiter |
Recruitment Portal Vacancy Summary
The Vacancy listings have three main sections that are repeated for all Vacancies listed on the portal. A line is drawn across the page to seperate each vacancy that is listed.
The Vacancy listing sections are described in the below table.
Section Name | Description |
Job Title | An Active Hyperlink to the full Job Listing. |
Date Stamp | Shows the Day Date and Time the Job was Loaded |
Bullet Points | These are three text fields loaded from the Vacancy with a maximum length of 80 characters each. |
Vacancy Summary | This is a long text field loaded from the Vacancy with a maximum length of 500 characters. |
The Login Page
There are two main pathways to the Login page to Signup on the system.
- Open a Vacancy and clicking Apply.
- Click the Login link at the Top of the Page.
The main fields of the login page are described in the below Table.
Field Name | Description |
Login | The email address that is to be used to signup |
Password | The Password that can be used once signup has occurred |
Reset Password | Gives the Applicant the option to reset their password if lost or forgotten. |
Signup | The Link to Begin the Signup process. |
Signup Page
- Click the signup link on the Login Page.
- Enter your email address that you will use to login and receive email correspondence.
- If required click the Privacy Policy link and read the company Privacy Policy.
- Click Submit.
If the email address is found in the system. The message "This email address is already taken." will appear.
Linked In or Facebook Login
Once the Signup email has been verified as being new the below process happens.
- Click the LinkedIn or Facebook icon.
- A pop-up page will open to for LinkedIn.
- Fill in the Login details for LinkedIn username and password.
- If the login to LinkedIn works, details will automatically be passed using the LinkedIn API to populate the below fields in Subscribe-HR.
- A message will be displayed, your work history and education have been copied from LinkedIn to your profile.
- A link will be displayed, Click this message to see what have been imported through LinkedIn.
The Below table lists all the fields that are populated by the LinkedIn API.

Surname | The Applicants Surname |
Photo | The Applicants main page photo |
LinkedIn URL | The Web Address of the Applicants LinkedIn Profile |
Company Name | The name of the company the applicant worked for. |
Industry | The Industry of the company the applicant worked for. |
Company Size | The name of employees at the company the applicant worked for. |
Position Date Range | The date range over which the applicant was employed |
Education Insitution | The name of the Education Instition the applicant attended. |
Education Date Range | The date range of attendance at the Education Instition |
