Recruitment Portal
The Recruitment Portal is setup for applicants to register their interest and apply for advertised jobs. The below is the applicants entry point to the Portal.
- The applicant will receive an email from either the Job Board or the Subscribe HR system.
- This email will will have a link to portal.
- At the top of the Portal is three main links to select which are explained in the below table.

Expressions of Interest. | Takes the applicant to a New Profile either applicant or Recruiter set of choices |
Recruitment Portal Jobs explained
Field Name | Description |
First Name | First name of the applicant. |
Surname | Surname of the applicant. |
E-mail address of the applicant. | |
Password | Provide a password for your login. Your password
should be at least 6 characters long and include alpha and numeric. |
Confirm Password | Repeat the password in this field. |
Referred by | Name of person who referred you to this site |
Receive Newsletter | Check if you wish to receive a newsletter via email |
Receive Vacancy Updates | Check if you wish to receive vacancy information by email |
- The Job Title, which is click-able to apply for the job.
- The data and time the job was listed.
- The main points of the job.
- The summary description of the Job listing.
Job details.
- This section shows the main Job points, summary and detailed description of the Job.
- The Apply Button is displayed at the base of the Job.
- Clicking this button opens the Login Page.
Job application.
- The Login page requires the email address to be entered.
This is a mandatory field and is used to identify the applicant in all stages of the application process. The email address will determine the path the applicant proceeds.
- If the email exists, it will proceed to login details page
- If the email does not exist, it will proceed to uploading the resume.
- The Privacy Policy check Box is shown here.
- The Link to the corporate privacy policy is shown.
Job application; Applicant’s email is not stored in database.
Here there are two options.
- To upload a Resume.
- To apply with LinkedIn.
- The Submit is selected after this point to proceed.
Job application – details
The fields that are set for general applicant details are shown on this page. The standard field set are:
- Title, Firstname, Lastname, Email, Address 1, Address 2,
- City/Suburb/Town, State,
- Postcode, Country, Password, Confirm Password, Upload resume, {Resume Display}
The option to click Next is displayed at the base of the application.
Job application – questionnaire (not implemented yet)
Fill in details when its been supplied.
Job application – Summary
This is the summary display of the application steps, with two options at the base of the screen to submit now or later.
Job application – Confirmation
This shows text of the Confirmation message. This is displayed after the application has been completed.
History (jobs applied)
This shows the jobs that have been applied for by the applicant.
Profile - Alerts
This option shows the functionality to receive an alert to the options that are provided in the alert search.
Profile – Education
Allows the applicant to set the profile with the educations they have obtained. Which institution and what years the education was obtained. The option to add new and edit when returning to the application.
Profile – Certificates
Allows the applicant to set the profile with the certificates they have obtained. Which institution and what years the certificate was obtained. The option to add new and edit when returning to the application.
Profile – Work history
Allows the applicant to update the work history they have obtained. Which institution and what years the education was obtained. The option to add new, when returning to the application.
Profile – interview scheduling
This allows the applicant to select from a set of time-slots available, the time they prefer to have the interview. The available time-slots are set based on when the Interviewer has made available.
Agency – Details
A recruitment agency fills this out if they are submitting applicants to the Vacancy. Basic Contact details, their password, and their Rate. << where is the phone number/ web site option >>
Expression of interest – new profile
Selector for the option of setting up a profile as either an applicant or a recruitment agency.
