Ratings
Ratings are the scale with which managers or employees can rate skills, goals, behaviours and values in a performance management canvas. Rating scale can be customised to use a range of different input widgets.
Creating a Rating
- After logging into the Subscribe-HR , select Performance from the left hand navigation.
- Select the Rating Scales folder.
- Click [Create New] button.
- Fill in the fields as defined below.
- Select the [Save] button.
Mandatory fields are marked with a red asterisk, the record will not be saved unless mandatory fields are filled in first.
Rating Fields Explained
Field Name | Description |
Rating Name | The name of the Rating |
Rating Type | Selects the type of scale. e.g numeric, hats, stars |
Display Type | Selects the way the rating is displayed. e.g. scale |
Display Tooltip | Selects whether instructions and numbers appears when the mouse hovers over it. |
Display Labels | Selects whether the names of each scale appears when the mouse holds over it. |
Scale Generator | Choose where the scale begins, ends and where each step is on the scale. |
Rating Scale Definition | Name each step on the scale, and how many points each is worth. |
Editing a Rating
- After logging into Subscribe-HR portal, select the Maintenance TAB
- Select the More drop down box, and then select the Ratings folder.
- Select the desired rating.
- Modify in the fields.
- Select the [Save] button.
Deleting a rating
- After logging into Subscribe-HR portal, select the Maintenance TAB
- Select the More drop down box, and then select the Ratings folder.
- Select or mark the checkbox of the desired rating.
- Select the [Delete] Records button.
