New Applicant Wizard
The New Applicant Wizard allows you to create an Applicant manually. You can create a New Applicant by using the New Applicant Wizard, or by clicking "New Applicant" from the top right hand side of the Applicant Widget in the Recruitment Dashboard.
- Click "START" from the Top Right side of the Recruitment Dashboard.
- Select New Applicant from the options.
- Next section of the Wizard will allow you to enter the core Applicant Information including their First Name, Surname and Email. Click Next.
- Next section of the Wizard will allow you to select the Vacancy the Applicant is applying for and the Vacancy Stage they are currently in. If you want to skip this step, and simply create new Applicant record without linking to a Vacancy you don't have to link them to an Applicant. Click Next.
- Next section of the Wizard allows you to place the person into a specific step in the Recruitment Workflow for that Vacancy. Click Next.
- Summary. Summary of the information being submitted. Click Submit.
- Success.
