Mentor

The Mentor record allows for an Employee or Manager to be assigned to an Employee to help train them in learning new Skills.

Supervise

When an action plan is created for an Employee, the option for assigning a Mentor is offered. Subscribe-HR will run a search to find any Employees or Managers who are marked as compliant for the skill. An Employee or Manager who is turned up by the search can then be recorded as a mentor

Deputise

When the Employee is marked compliant, they will then be added to the search for the next Employee to be trained.
