Vacancy-Management-Tool
This tool is part of the new E-Recruitment Module.
This section is to replace the manage option of the existing Vacancy Tab. In the Look-up window is displayed the applicants and field values Score(auto), Score(manual), Repeat/Undesirable This tool has five options across the menu bar.

Action: This is the set of options that can be performed on the applicants, either one or many at a time. These options are hard-coded in the back-end. The set of options here are: Unsuccessful , Position Filled , Position Filled (No Email) , Withdrawn , Hired , Forward , Create Employee , Send Email , Interview
Progress To: This option allows you to takes applicants to the next stage of the interview process. The set of options here are: Interview 1, Interview 1 + schedule interview, Interview 1 + no email, Interview 1 + schedule interview + no email, Offer
These options are hard-coded in the back-end.
Auto Progress. This Button loads a pop-up, which is applies to each step that the applicant is at. The Features in the pop-up are.
Based on: This determines the method of determining the auto-progression. Which are Auto-Score, Manual Score, Both Average, Both Sum. Next Step: This option allows us to select the next step the auto-complete goes to from this step. The set of drop-down options varies here based on the step the application is at. Progress: This option sets the number of applicants that are be be progressed. This can either be an actual number or a percentage. Applicants: The applicants that are in this stage at the moment are shown.
The heading for the applicants are shown with their scores for each of these values. Name Auto Manual Average Sum
Position: This selector is used when the Tool is in Standalone mode where all Vacancies are selectable in the drop-down list.
Step: This option shows the applicants that are in the currently selected step. (Incomplete), Acknowledge, Interview 1, Offer
