Development Plan
This part of the system allows you to set-up development plan questions for employees and managers. If you create a question and assign it to the employee, the employee will only see that questions that have been set-up for them to answer. If you assign the question to a manager, the manager will answer that question, which will ne about the employee. The employee will not see the questions and answers that have been assigned to managers.
- Question Name. Type the name of the Development Plan Question into this field.
- Question Type. Select who you are assigning the question to: Manager or Employee.
