# After logging into the Subscribe-HR HCM Platform, select "RECRUITMENT, HUMAN RESOURCES or PERFORMANCE" on the left hand side from the navigation area.

The HR path will record information related to TalentCubes for Performance Management. E-mail sent from Performance Management Path will be recorded here. Information in this list is in Chronological order.

The Employee Path will contain information relevant to which solution you're viewing the Path through (Recruitment, Human Resources/Core-HR, Performance Management). The types information recorded against an Applicant/Employee record can include:

Employee Path

The Employee Path contains a chronological record of every interaction your organisation has with an Employee throughout the entire Employee Lifecycle.

There are three different options for Viewing an Employee's Path:

  1. Recruitment - under the "General" menu (left-hand side of the screen) then select "Recruitment."
  • Then select "Applicant" from the menu (left-hand side of the screen).
  • Click on an Applicant from the list that appears to open that Applicant's record.
  • Then select "Path" from the menu (left-hand side of the screen).

  • Click on an Employee from the list that appears to open that Applicant's record.
