Recruitment Portal
The Recruitment Portal is setup for applicants to register their interest and apply for advertised jobs. The steps the applicant goes through are listed below.

At the top of the Portal is three main links to select which are explained in the below table.
Link Name | Description |
Jobs | Links to all Jobs listed on the Portal |
Login | Takes the applicant to the login page |
Expressions of Interest. | Takes the applicant to a New Profile either as an applicant or a Recruiter |
Signup as an Applicant
There are two main pathways to the Login page to Signup on the system.
- Opening a Vacancy and clicking Apply.
- Clicking the Login link at the Top of the Page.
The Login Page
The main fields of the login page are described in the below Table.
Field Name | Description |
Login | The email address that is to be used to signup |
Password | The Password that can be used once signup has occured |
Reset Password | Gives the Applicant the option to reset their password if lost or forgotten. |
Signup | The Signup Link to Begin the signup process. |

Recruitment Portal Vacancy Summary
The Vacancy listings have three main sections that are repeated for all Vacancies listed on the portal. A line is drawn across the page to seperate each vacancy that is listed. The Vacancy listing sections are described in the below table.
Section Name | Description |
Job Title | An Active Hyperlink to the full Job Listing. |
Date Stamp | Shows the Day Date and Time the Job was Loaded |
Bullet Points | These are three text fields loaded from the Vacancy with a maximum length of 80 characters each. |
Vacancy Summary | This is a long text field loaded from the Vacancy with a maximum length of 500 characters. |
