How to Trigger the Resignation Wizard

You can trigger the Resignation Wizard from the Wizard popup menu:

1. Select "START" at the top right-hand side of the Dashboard [The top right of your screen].
2. Scroll down and click on the "Resignation" option from the menu, then click "Select."
3. Employees will be able to do this for themselves. Managers can do it for themselves or their Team Member." People & Culture Users can do this for any Employee.

The Resignation Wizard allows Users to quickly and easily report/record and submit their Resignation.

Resignation Wizard Steps

1. Reason for Resignation – specify the reason for resigning.
2. When are you finishing up? – specify the Employee's final day of work.
3. Feedback – Users can provide Feedback to the organisation about their experience during employment.
4. Resignation Letter – You can attach a Resignation Letter. One Resignation Letter can be attached. This will appear in the Offboarding area. Under the relevant "Action". If there is nothing attached here. The People & Culture Users can attach this via the "Attach Resignation Letter" Action.
5. Company Property – Any Company Property that is held by the person resigning will be shown here. If the person has NO Company Property this will not show up.
