Recruitment Dashboard Options

This Dashboard contains the following Widgets:
1. 4 Small Information Display Widgets:

  • Average open time.
  • Active vacancies.
  • Active questions.
  • Total applicants.

2. Vacancy Requisiton Management.
3. Applicant Management.
4. Vacancy Management.
5. Recruitment Surveys.

These widgets can be moved around in the Dashboard. They can also be removed from the Dashboard. This can be done in Maintenance --> Groups --> Permissions --> Select a Group and Go to the Widgets.


Vacancy Requisition Management

This Widget allows for Hiring Managers and HR Users to process Applicants based on Active Vacancies. New Vacancies can also be created from use the New Vacancy Wizard. The "New Vacancy Wizard" option is also available via "START" Wizards menu.

Field Name Description
Active This Tab displays all the Active Vacancy Requisitions currently in the System.
Authorised This Tab displays all the Vacancy Requisitions that have been Authorised.
Reference Number This is the Reference Number assigned to the Vacancy Requisition when it was created.

Target Date This is the Target Date for completion of the hire of the Vacancies specified in the Requisition.
Hiring Manager This is the Hiring Manager that the Vacancy Requisition has been submitted for.
Action This dropdown allows the User to select any/all of the following:
Authorise - authorise the Vacancy Requisition
Reject - reject the Vacancy Requisition>
Create Vacancy - create a New Vacancy using the Vacancy Wizard

Request to Hire

This widget allows for Hiring Managers and HR Users to start and manage Request to Hire processes. Requests to hire can also be created from "New Requisition" option on the top right of the widget. The "Request to Hire" option is also available in "START" Wizards.

Field Name Description
Active Tab This tab displays all created requisitions yet to be authorised or rejected.Number in brackets displays the total number of Active requisitions.
Authorised Tab This tab displays all created requisitions that have been authorised. Number in brackets displays total number of Authorised requisitions.
Rejected Tab This tab displays all created requisition that have been rejected. Number in brackets displays total number of Rejected requisitions.
New Requisition This will allow the user to create a new requisition through the New Requisition Wizard. This is also available from the "START" options.
Search Vacancy Name This is a free text search box that allows you to filter down the list to specific keywords.
Reference Number This is the reference number of the requested vacancy that was entered in upon creation
Vacancy Name This is the name of the requested vacancy that was entered in upon creation.
Work Type This refers to the employment type. E.g. Full time, part time, casual etc.
Number of Hire This refers to the number of employees to hire for the requested vacancy.
Target Date This is the date the position is to be filled by.
Hiring Manager The hiring manager responsible for recruiting is displayed here.
Action From the Active tab, the Action dropdown will be available to the authoriser to Authorise or Reject the vacancy requisition. From the Authorised Tab, the action dropdown will allow users to create the vacancy using the New Vacancy wizard.

Applicant Management

This widget allows People and Culture users and Hiring Managers to search and access all applicants. You can search for applicants and then view a Vacancy Summary for the Applicant. You can also type in Adhoc Notes to the Applicant record.

Field Name Description
New Applicant This allows the user to create a new applicant through the New Applicant wizard. This is also available through the "START" options.
Search field Allows user to filter down list of applicants to specific keywords.
Surname Applicant's Surname
First Name Applicant's First Name
Email Applicant's email address
Mobile Applicant's mobile number
Current Stage The current stage the applicant is at. E.g. 1st Interview, Interview 2 Face to Face, Contract Sign Off etc.
Vacancy The vacancy the applicant is related to.
Action Applicant notes can be viewed and entered in via Action dropdown. This also includes applicant details, resume, applicant summary export, applications submitted and link to their profile.

Recruitment - Tasks and Notifications

The Tasks and Notifications Widget allow users who have access to "Team Dashboards" to receive, send and interact with "Quick Tasks" and automatically triggered workflows. These Task and Notification items are also delivered into the "Inbox". "Quick Tasks" can be sent from, the "Start" option, or from the "Tasks and Notifications" Widget itself.
This is a list of Standard "Tasks and Notifications" functionality.

  1. Search - Text Search e.g. Search on Task Name - Request or Authorisation.
  2. Quick Task- This allows the user to send a Task or Notification to: another user or themselves. The recipient list will indicate who their Manager is and HR users.
  3. Today - Shows the user Tasks and Notification for "Today". The numbers will indicate how many items are relevant.
  4. Upcoming - Shows the user what Tasks and Notifications are "Upcoming". The numbers will indicate how many items are relevant.
  5. Overdue - Shows the user what Tasks and Notifications are "Overdue". The numbers will indicate how many items are relevant.
  6. Completed - Shows the user what Tasks and Notifications are "Completed". The numbers will indicate how many items are relevant.
  7. My sent Tasks - Shows the user what Tasks and Notifications have been sent by them. The numbers will indicate how many items are relevant.
  8. Filter - Allows the user to "Filter" their items by Tag or Filter: E.g. HR, Recruitment, Delegated etc.
  9. Date Range - Search Tasks and Notifications by Date Range.
