Job Board Settings
Customising the Job Board
- After logging into the Subscribe-HR Cloud HCM Platform.
- Select Settings from the top right option which is under your name.
- Select Recruitment. Scroll down and you will see options for changing the Job Board settings.

Exclusion Fields from new Employee
The online portal width is the width of the outer frame surrounding all online portal content. This will define how much of an area the portal will take up on screen.
Undesirable After this many Applications
This will allow for a RED dot to appear in the Vacancy Manage Sub-Folder based on someone applying this many time.
Enable Multiple Publications
The copyright text field allows you to define your own text. This appears next to the Home Page link on your Online Portal.
Go to next step after progress Applicant
When you click on the progress button in the Vacancy Manage Sub-Folder, the Applicant will flow to the Next Step.
Applicant Manual Score Type
This will calculate the manual score, which appears in the Vacancy Manage Sub-Folder. Sum or Average. Manual Score is used for Group Interviews in the Recruitment Process.
Allow Agencies
If this is selected as YES, an option on the Job Board will appear, to allow Agencies to submit applicants into the Job Board.
Manual Score Min
Means that when a user input a score through manual scoring option in the Vacancy Manage Sub-Folder, the score needs to be above this point.
Manual Score Max
Means that when a user input a score through manual scoring option in the Vacancy Manage Sub-Folder, the score needs to be below this point.
Auto Export to Indeed
Will automatically export all applications to indeed if this option is selected.
Active Vacancy Widgets Per Page
Defines the number of Vacancies which can be shown in the Active Vacancy widget Dashboard option.
First reminder before expiration (days)
A Reminder e-mail will be sent to applicants based on this option. Before the Vacancy Expires.
Second reminder before expiration (days)
A Reminder e-mail will be sent to applicants based on this option. Before the Vacancy Expires.
Logo
This logo will appear on the Job Board.
Icon
This Icon will appear on the browser tab on the Job Board.
URL of the Portal
This URL will be generated automatically when a Free Trial is signed up to or when a customer system is generated. It will be based on: YOURCOMPANYNAME.jobs.subscribe-hr.com
Portal Logo URL
Simply allows you to click on this URL to go straight to the Job Board, rather than having to copy and past the above URL into a browser.
