Creating and defining Standard Questions

Standard Questions allows a user to enter and re-use common questions that would be asked upon application of a vacancy.
This can save a considerable amount of time when setting up a new vacancy, as you are not setting up the same question for each individual vacancy you create.

An Example: We have to create 3x new vacancies in the system, and we know that the question we wish to ask for each vacancy is "Do you have a permit to work in this Country?"
We would simply setup a Standard Question called "Do you have a permit to work in this Country?" and for each vacancy we create we simply place a tick next to the question we want to ask

Creating a Standard Question

1. After logging into the Subscribe-HR portal, select the Maintenance TAB.
2. Select the Standard Questions Folder.
3. Select the 'create' button.
4. Fill in the provided fields.
5. Select the 'Save' button when completed.

Mandatory fields are marked in bold, the question will not be saved unless mandatory fields are filled in first.
