Recruitment Portal

The Recruitment Portal is setup for applicants to register their interest and apply for advertised jobs.


Recruitment Portal Links

At the top of the Portal are web links which are selectable, that are explained in the below table.

Link Name Description
Jobs Links to all Vacancies listed on the Portal
Login Takes the applicant to the login page
Job Alert Takes the applicant to a Profile Alert to add a new Job Alert.
Company Logo Selecting the Company Logo shows a link to all Vacancies listed on the Portal.


Recruitment Portal Vacancy Summary

The Vacancy listings have sections that are repeated for all Vacancies listed on the portal. A line is drawn across the page to seperate each vacancy that is listed. The Vacancy listing sections are described in the below table.

Job Title An Active Hyperlink to the full Job Listing.
Bullet Points These are three text fields loaded from the Vacancy with a maximum length of 80 characters each.
Salary This is the Vacancy listed minimum and maximum values of Salary.
Employment Type This is the Vacancy employment type.
Vacancy Summary This is a long text field loaded from the Vacancy with a maximum length of 500 characters.


The Login Page

The Login page is a direct way an applicant can return to the system, once they have registered.

  1. Select the Login link at the Top of the Page.
  2. View the Login Page displayed enter the email address and password.
  3. Select the Login button.


The main fields of the login page are described in the below table.

Field Name Description
Email The email address that is to be used to signup
Password The Password that can is to be used once Registration has occurred
Recover Gives the Applicant the option to reset their password if lost or forgotten.
Login Button The Link to submit the username and password that has been entered.


Application Page

There are two ways to get started, you can select Apply button on the Summary section. You can also open the Job Description by selecting the Find out more link and then selecting the Apply button at the bottom of the page. Your email address will be validated and either link to an existing profile or request the registration of a new profile.

Once the General Information has been entered a pop-up displays asking for a Resume or LinkedIn Profile. The Resume is a Mandatory field for a Standard system.

  1. Select the Choose File Link to select the Resume file from disk.
  2. Select the LinkedIn icon to register via LinkedIn.
  3. View a pop-up page to login to LinkedIn.
  4. Fill in the Login details for LinkedIn username and password.
  5. Select Allow Access
  6. LinkedIn details will automatically be passed using the LinkedIn API to populate the below fields in Subscribe-HR. (General Details and the Current Job for the Applicant).
  7. A message will be displayed, "your work history and education have been copied from LinkedIn to your profile."
  8. A link will be displayed, Click this message to see what have been imported through LinkedIn.
