New Canvas Deployment Wizard
The New Canvas Deployment Wizard allows Users to quickly deploy canvases.
New Canvas Deployment Wizard
- Select "START" at the Top Right-hand side of the Dashboard [The Top Right of your screen].
- Select "Canvas Deployment". This will be the same as the Canvas Deployment workbench.
- Enter a name for the deployment.
- Select the relevant template to be sent out.
- Select the appropriate employees, groups and/or departments for this canvas to be sent out under the deployment scope.
- Under Select Recipients, you can further specify who this template is to be sent out to. This can be the employee, their manager or to a particular recipient specified in a field on the canvas.
- Click "Next"
- You are able to review and edit the canvas to make any final changes.
- Click "Next"
- You can choose to deploy right away or at a later specified date/time.
- Click "Next"
- The next step will allow users to edit the email that goes out to the recipients. This can be loaded from an existing template.
- Click "Next"
- The final step will provide a quick summary of what has been set for this deployment.
- When ready, click the "Submit" button to finalise and deploy this canvas.
