WORKBENCH: Company Directory
The Company Directory app allows users with access to find the contact details of Employees within the organisation. It can be found on the Left Menu, under WORKBENCH.
Activating the App
To activate the Company Directory App:
- After logging in, select the Settings link in the top right of the screen.
- Select the Apps tab.
- Check the Company Directory checkbox.
- Press the [Save] Button.
Searching the Company Directory
To search the App by name, type the name into the Search bar at the top. The Reset All button will clear the search.
The Directory can also be searched by Office. Select the Office you wish to filter by. If there are more Offices than what is visible, the Show More button will be available, and will expand the list to all Offices.
The Directory can also be searched by Department. Select the Department you wish to filter by. If there are more Department than what is visible, the Show More button will be available, and will expand the list to all Department.
The button in the top right of these filter selectors will clear the filter.
