The Onboarding/Offboarding module provides a step-by-step process for Onboarding new Employees, or Offboarding leaving Employees.
Launch Tab
The Launch tab shows all Employee records in the system. These records can be searched and filtered. The Advanced Search can also be used in this tab.
Workflows can be deployed to Employees by selecting the tickbox of the employees, and pressing Deploy New.
Launch Fields
| Field Name | Description |
| ID | The ID of the Employee. |
| First Name | The First Name of the Employee. |
| Last Name | The Last Name of the Employee. |
| Job Name | The Name of the Job assigned to the Employee. |
| Department | The Department the Employee belongs to. |
| Location | The location of the Employee. |

Deploy New
The Deploy New button begins the process for deploying a new workflow. You can find more information here.
