Performance Reporting
This gives access, based on the permission group of the user, to the reports and results of reviews deployed by the Performance Module.
List All
This tab lists all of the reviews the user has access to. A search box is usable at the top of the screen, which can search by:
- Keyword (ID, First Name, Surname and Canvas name)
- Department
- Date From
- Date to
The following fields are visible in the List all:
- Employee ID
- First Name
- Surname
- Canvas Name
- Date
- Manager Completed
- Employee Completed
- Peers Completed
- Completion (%)
From the right side of each record, a drop down list of actions can be taken. These actions are as follows:
Action Name | Description |
Open Review | Will take the User to the review that the Employee was assigned. |
View Results | Will take the user to the Results Report of the review. |
View Report | Will take the User to the Reporting tab. |
Reporting
This tab provides the user with access to the reporting data. This data helps provide scoring data, as well as comparisons between entities, such as Individuals, Departments and the organisation as a whole. This reporting can be conducted on a single individual, or on multiple Employees.
Explanation of Fields
Field Name | Description |
Report Type | Select the type of Report. Options are: Individual, Individual vs Individual, Individual vs Department, Individual vs Organisation, Department vs Department, Department vs Organisation, Top % Performers, Bottom % Performers |
Name | Allows you to select the name of an Employee. Only visible when the Individual, Individual vs Individual or Individual vs Organisation Report Type is selected. |
Department | Allows you to select the Department. Only visible when the Department vs Department or Department vs Organisation Report Type is selected. |
Compare To | Allows you to select the entity to compare with. Only visible when the Individual vs Individual, Individual vs Department, Individual vs Organisation, Department vs Department, or Department vs Organisation Report Type is selected. |
Percentage | Allows you to select the percentage to condition by. Only visible when a Top or Bottom Percent Report Type is selected. |
Comparison | Allows you to select the value to compare by. Options are Skills, Goals, Behaviours and Values. |
Date From | Allows you to select the Date range for the reviews. This is the earliest date. |
Date To | Allows you to select the Date range for the reviews. This is the latest date. |
