Each Subscribe-HR system has an Billing area located in Maintenance. Only System Administrators(SA) can view this and will not be able to edit this information.

The employment categories have selectors for four main employment types. Full Time, Part Time, Casual and Other. Within each Type is listed the selectors of every employment type. The category selections determine the employment types that will apply in the <b>Account Subscribe</b> Employment Type calculations. These selectors will be populated into the Employment Type calculation on the Account Subscribe Tab in Maintenance.

Overview

Each Subscribe-HR system has a Billing area. The purpose of which is to give confirmation of the Billing information that is held by Subscribe-HR.

View company billing information

To see an overview of company billing information

  1. Open the Billing TAB.
  2. Click on the Pricing and Agreements tab.

View company billing history

  1. Open the Billing TAB
  2. Go into Billing History folder.
  3. Here you will see a list of all billing history.
  4. Open a record to view more details.

View service orders

  1. Open the Billing TAB.
  2. Go into Pricing and Agreements folder.e left side menu
  3. Select Service Orders subfolder from th
  4. Here you will see a list of existing service orders.

Fields Explained

The table below describes the main fields on the Billing Overview.

Field Name Description
Initial Employee Numbers The initial number of employee's at your company at sign-up time
Price Per Employee This will show the price per employee.
ABN number The registered ABN of the Company.
Contact Name Buisness main contact name
Business Name This is the listed name of the Company.
Address 1/2 The address of buisness head office
Post Code Buisness head office post code.
HR Contact First Name First name for buisnesses HR Manager.
HR Contact Surname Surname for buisnesses HR Manager.
HR Contact E-mail E-mail for buisnesses HR Manager.
Sign-off Manager First Name First name for person in charge of buisness sign-off.
Sign-off Manager Surname Surname for person in charge of buisness sign-off.
Sign-off Manager E-mail E-mail for person in charge of buisness sign-off.
Sign-off Manager Title Title for person in charge of buisness sign-off.
Initial Data Allowance This shows the data allowance baseline for the Subscribe-HR system.
Price Per GB The cost of additional storage in GB (1GB is 1024).
