Recruitment Portal
The Recruitment Portal is setup for applicants to register their interest and apply for advertised jobs. The steps the applicant goes through are listed below.
- The applicant will receive an email from either the Job Board or the Subscribe HR system.
- This email will will have a link to portal.
- At the top of the Portal is three main links to select which are explained in the below table.

| Jobs | Links to all Jobs listed on the Portal |
| Login | Takes the applicant to the login page |
| Expressions of Interest. | Takes the applicant to a New Profile either as an applicant or a Recruiter |
Recruitment Portal Vacancy Summary
The Vacancy listings have three main sections that repeated for all Vacancies listed on the portal. A line is drawn across the page to seperate each vacancy that is listed. The Vacancy listing sections are described in the below table.

| Job Title | An Active Hyperlink to the full Job Listing. |
| Date Stamp | Shows the Day Date and Time the Job was Loaded |
| Bullet Points | These are three bullet point fields loaded from the Vacancy |
| Vacancy Summary | This is a text field loaded from the Vacancy |
