Recruitment Portal - Careers Page
The Recruitment Portal is setup for applicants to register their interest and apply for advertised jobs.
Recruitment Portal Links
At the top of the Portal links which are selectable that are explained in the below table.

Job Alert | Takes the applicant to a Profile Alert to add a new Job Alert. |

Company Logo | Selecting the Company Logo shows a link to all Vacancies listed on the Portal. |
Recruitment Portal Vacancy Summary
The Vacancy listings have sections that are repeated for all Vacancies listed on the portal. A line is drawn across the page to
seperate each vacancy that is listed. The Vacancy listing sections are described in the below table.

Job Title | An Active Hyperlink to the full Job Listing. |
Bullet Points | These are three text fields loaded from the Vacancy with a maximum length of 80 characters each. |
Salary | This is the Vacancy listed minimum and maximum values of Salary. |
Employment Type | This is the Vacancy employment type. |
Vacancy Summary | This is a long text field loaded from the Vacancy with a maximum length of 500 characters. |
The Login Page
The Login page is a direct way an applicant can return to the system, once they have registered on the system.
- Select the Login link at the Top of the Page.
- View the Login Page displayed enter the email address and password.
- Select the Login button.
The main fields of the login page are described in the below table.

Application Page
There are two ways to get started, you can select Apply button on the Summary section. You can also open the Job Description by selecting the Find out more link and then selecting the Apply button at the bottom of the page. Your email address will be validated and either link to an existing profile or request the registration of a new profile.
- Select Apply link on the Summary Page or in the Job Description Page.
- Enter your email address that you will use to login and receive email correspondence.
- If required click the Privacy Policy link and read the company Privacy Policy.
- Select Begin to start the registration process.
If the email address is found in the system. The message "This email address is already taken." will appear.
Password Reset
If an applicant forgets or loses their password they can issue a password reset with the following steps. There is a captcha feature to prevent spammer bots getting access to the system.
- Select Recover from the Login Page.
- View the Reset Password Page.
- Enter the email address used on the profile.
- Type the text in the captcha box.
- If required, listen to the text by selecting the speaker icon.
- Select Send a new password
- The email address will then be verified and a new password sent to the address entered.
Account Locks
If the Applicant tries to login more than 5 times in a row unsuccessfully, the system will block the account. The Applicant won’t be able to login or recover their password for 30 minutes. An e-mail is sent to the Applicant when the account is locked.

An e-mail is sent to the Applicant when they deactivate their account, to confirm that this action has taken place. An Applicants login after Deactivation will Reactivate the account. An e-mail will be sent to the Applicant confirming this action has taken place.
