Applicant Work History
Applicant Work History can be used when an applicant submits an application offline and manual entry of the application is required.
In this instance you would create the applicant first if the applicant does not exist, and then create the applicant work history.
If an applicant has applied through the Online Portal, or Intranet most of these details may already be filled out for you, and the work history area can be used to view applicant data and run comparison reports. If you are using Team Dashboards and the CVCheck APP for Background Checks, you can send Checks based on Reference Checks linking Work History. The Reference can link to a Work History Record. You can record this information through the relevant wizard when you are sending the request from Subscribe-HR to CVCheck. This information can also be submitted by the Applicant through the Job Board / Careers page and then used when running this type of check.
Creating Applicant Vacancies
- After logging into the Subscribe-HR Platform, select the Recruitment TAB.
- Select the Applicant folder.
- Select the desired applicant from the applicants list.
- Select the Work History sub-folder.
- Select the Create button.
- Fill in the fields.
- Select the Save button.
Mandatory fields are marked in bold, the question will not be saved unless mandatory fields are filled in first.
Work History fields explained
Field Name | Description |
Employer | Applicants previous employer name. |
From Date | Date the applicant started work for this employer. |
To Date | Date the applicant ceased work for this employer. |
Industry | The Industry the role the applicant played. |
Role | The role the applicant played at this organisation. |
Years Experience | The years of experience in a similar role. |
Checked By | The name of the person who confirmed these details are correct. |
Checked Date | The date the person confirmed these details as correct. |
