Export Settings Explained

This is where you link your Jobs Boards to your Subscribe-HR System. Jobs boards include Seek, MyCareer and CareerOne.

Setting up Export Settings

  1. After logging into the Subscribe-HR portal, go to the Maintenance TAB.
  2. Select the Export Settings Folder.
  3. SEEK Exporter Enabled. This needs to be Yes to allow for the export out to SEEK Jobs Board.
  4. SEEK Account ID. This needs to be obtained from SEEK and input here so when the Ads are exported it know which account is yours.
  5. ADZUNA Exporter Enabled. This needs to be Yes to allow for the export out to ADZUNA Jobs Board.
  6. ADZUNA Account ID. This needs to be obtained from ADZUNA and input here so when the Ads are exported it know which account is yours.
  7. CareerOne Exporter Enabled. This needs to be Yes to allow for the export out to CareerOne Jobs Board.
  8. CareerOne Company X Code. This needs to be obtained from CareerOne and input here so when the Ads are exported it know which account is yours.
  9. CareerOne Account ID. This needs to be obtained from CareerOne.
  10. CareerOne Account Password. This needs to be obtained from CareerOne.

Note: If you want to use CareerOne, please speak to your account manager as there are some updates that need to be provided.
