==Adding New Agencies==
By creating agencies in the system you can then link recruiters to an agency and the vacancy to the recruiter. This benefits in being able to see the whole picture and provides for good reporting.

===Creating Agencies===
# After logging into the Subscribe-HR portal, select the <b>Recruitment</b> TAB.
# Select the <b>Agency</b> folder.
# You will see a list of agencies, if you do not then no agencies have been setup in the system yet.
# Select the <b>[Add New Record</b> button.
# Fill in the fields.
# Select the <b>Save</b> button.
<b>Mandatory fields are marked in bold, the question will not be saved unless mandatory fields are filled in first.</b>
