==Creating On-line Portal Settings==
The <b>On-line Portal Settings</b> under the <b>Maintenance</b> TAB allows you to configure the attributes of your On-line Recruitment Portal. Key aspects of this area of the system are:<br>

# Enable <b>Questionnaires</b>. If this is checked, the Questionnaires that you have outlined, when assigned to a Vacancy, will be used in your portal.
# Default <b>Microsite Steps<b/>. If you have not used <b>Customer Steps</b> which can be activated against a Vacancy this Default Stepping process will be used by Applicants when they apply for Vacancies via the On-Line Portal.
# <b>Privacy Policy</b>. Please remember to change <b>Subscribe-HR</b> to <b>your Company Name</b>.
