==Applicant Work History==
Applicant Work History can be used when an applicant submits an application offline and manual entry of the application is required.
<br>
In this instance you would create the applicant first if the applicant does not exist, and then create the applicant work history.
<br>

If an applicant has applied through the Online Portal, or Intranet most of these details may already be filled out for you,
<br>
and the work history area can be used to view applicant data and run comparison reports.

===Creating Applicant Vacancies===
# After logging into the Subscribe-HR portal, select the Recruitment TAB.
# Select the Applicant folder.
# Select the desired applicant from the applicants list.
# Select the Work History sub-folder.
# Select the <b>Create</b> button.
# Fill in the fields.
# Select the <b>Save</b> button.
<b>Mandatory fields are marked in bold, the question will not be saved unless mandatory fields are filled in first.</b>

				<td width="458">The role the applicant played at this 
				organisation.</td>

				<td width="458">The years of experience in a similar role.</td>
			</tr>

				<td width="458">The name of the person who confirmed these 
				details are correct.</td>
