=WORKBENCH: Company Directory - AC3 Customers=
The Company Directory app allows users with access to find the contact details of Employees within the organisation. It can be found on the Left Menu, under '''WORKBENCH'''. Please note that there are no security permission assign to the "Company Directory" because its a tool used for contacting people. The Company Directory does not contain any sensitive information. Each Information box contains: First Name, Surname, (Job:) Job, (Loc): Location, (Dep:) Department, (E;) E-mail, (PH:) Phone (On the Employee Masterfile - Direct Line), (Ext:) Extension, (Status) Available/Unavailable. Available and Unavailable will tell you is someone is away/absence.

NOTE: If the person is "Known As", meaning if this field is populated in the Employee Masterfile record, this will appear in the Company Directory as their First Name.

==Activating the App - AC3 Customers==
To activate the Company Directory:
# After logging in, select the <b>Settings</b> link in the top right of the screen under your name.
# Select "Details" under General.
# Select the Checkbox for enable "Company Directory" if you wish to switch this on.
# Press the [Save] Button.

==Searching the Company Directory==

# To search by name, type the name into the Search bar at the top. The <b>Refresh Icon</b> will clear the search. Select the letters and the search option will return the relevant people based on first name and surname match.
# If you are using your PC or Laptop, the filter options will be available on the right hand side of the screen. The Directory can be searched by <b>Office</b> and <b>Department</b>. Select the <b>Office</b> you wish to filter by. If there are more <b>Offices</b> and <b>Departments</b> than what is visible, the <b>Show More</b> button will be available, and will expand the list to all.
# If you are using a mobile phone. The Company Directory will respond accordingly. The search options will appear at the top of the screen. After you run the search, select the persons photo by pressing it and the individuals contact information will appear. Press close to return back to the list.
# STATUS. The status text will show 'GREEN' if the person is not absent and 'RED' is the person is absent.
