An Action plan is a development path for an Employee's personal growth. This Dashboard tool can be used to record that plan, which can be created by a System Administrator user, the Manager, or by an Employee who has been given access permissions. Action Plans can also be entered into the Employees Plan Items Subfolder.

PDP is a growth plan for the Employee which links to a Performance Review. You need to include the PDP step in a Performance Cycle to be able to create Personal Development Plans. Using Team Dashboards, users (MyInfo, Manager and P&C can see the PDP's for themselves, their Team Members / the whole business. Each Individual Goal that the Employee has, can be rolled up into one PDP and viewed through the Goals Folder in the Performance Widget.
