Registering a vacancy with an agency

Registration of a vacancy with an agency provides valuable data on who still maybe actively searching for applicants, through to a records register.
Agencies need to be setup in the system first, and then you can select the vacancy and register the vacancy with the agency.

Creating the registration

  1. After logging into the Subscribe-HR portal, select the Recruitment TAB.
  2. Select the Vacancies folder.
  3. Select the desired vacancy from the list.
  4. Select the Registered sub-folder.
  5. Select the [Add New Record] button.
  6. Fill in the fields.
  7. Select the [Save] button.


Mandatory fields are marked in bold, the question will not be saved unless mandatory fields are filled in first.

Registered fields explained

Field Name Description
Agency Name Select the agency name that the vacancy is

registered with. To create new agencies see the Creating new

agencies article.
Contact Select the contact at the agency.
Start Date Select the start date that this vacancy was registered with this agency.
End Date Select the end date that this vacancy was registered with this agency.
Notes Enter any notes on the agency that the vacancy is registered to.
Attachments The attachments field will only appear after the record is saved the first time.
