Setting up KPI's

Setting up KPI's or Key Performance Indicators is an easy way to assess against an Employees Performance.
It is worth noting that KPI's are separated into Category and Sub Category. When you create a KPI (KPI Type) you are creating it to be specific to a part of the company. Example: Sales, Accounting, or Marketing.

When you create a KPI Sub Type, we create this under the KPI Type, and the KPI Sub Type is specific to a part of the KPI Type. Example: We created a KPI Type called Sales, our KPI Sub Type is Repeat Orders.

Adding KPI Types

  1. After logging into the Subscribe-HR portal, navigate to the ‘Human Resources’ TAB.
  2. Select the KPI folder. If this object is enabled in your system, it will be under the More tab.
  3. You will see a list of KPI Types, if this if this list is empty then no KPI Types have been setup at this point in time.
  4. Select the [Add New Record] button.
  5. Enter the KPI Name, this is a description for the KPI Type.
  6. Select a Review Date.
  7. Select the Department that this KPI Type is specific to.
  8. Enter any notes.
  9. Select the Save button.

Adding KPI Sub Types

  1. Select the KPI folder.
  2. You will see a list of KPI Types, select the desired KPI Type.
  3. Select 'Sub Type' subfolder below the KPI folder.
  4. Select [Add New Record].
  5. Enter the From Date, this is the date the KPI started.
  6. Enter the Until Date, this is the date the KPI will finish.
  7. Enter the KPI Syb Type Name, this is a description of the KPI Sub type.
  8. Enter any notes.
  9. Enter a KPI Review Date if known.
  10. Mark the KPI Sub Type as Active.
  11. Select the Save button.


Fields marked in bold are mandatory and must be filled in before the KPI Sub Type can be saved
