  • One or multiple jobs that are linked to Skills, Behaviours, Values and Job Description
  • Each Job has a manager that can:
    • Populate Skills, Behaviours, Values and Job Description.
    • Mark it as complete once they have finished updating the job.
  • Once all jobs have been approved, an email will be sent to the Statement/Strategy Approver for approval.
