Locating the Stepping Tool
- Select the Recruitment TAB.
- Select the 'Vacancies' folder.
- Select the desired Vacancy that you wish to progress applicants through
- Select the 'Manage' file.
- You should see the steps and 'Progress To', 'Mark As' and 'Hire Now'. You are now in the Stepping Tool.
