Employee Acknowledgements

Creating Employee Acknowledgements

  1. After logging into the Subscribe-HR HCM Platform, select "START" from the top right side of the Team Dashboards.
  2. Select the Announcements and Acknowledgements option.
  3. Enter the Details for the Announcement.
  4. Enter the Content for the Announcement in the editor. Link a Survey.
  5. Link People the the Announcement via the "Acknowledgement" step. Type "Acknowledgement" Text.
  6. View the Summary. Send.
  7. Success.

The Acknowledgement information will be posted in the Announcements and Acknowledgements Widget in the Acknowledgements Tab. This information will also be stored in this Employee Sub Folder (Acknowledgements). Acknowledgements can also be entered into the Widget directly which having to do this through the "START" option. This can be done in the Widget itself, in the "Acknowledgement" Tab, by use the "New Acknowledgement" option top right of the widget.
